At Auto Vinyl Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your custom vinyl car stickers, we offer a hassle-free return policy:
– You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
– Items must be unused and in their original packaging
– Contact our customer service team at support@autovinylhub.com to start your return
– Include your order number and reason for return in your email
– Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label
– Upon receipt of the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days
– The refund will be issued to your original payment method
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we may ask for photos of any defects or issues before approving a return. This will allow us to improve our manufacturing process.

Processing Time
– All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days
– Custom orders may require additional processing time
– You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
Shipping Time & Tracking
– After fulfillment, delivery typically takes 6-7 business days within the United States
– A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order ships via US Postal Service
– Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Shipping Rates
– Standard shipping rates apply to all 48 contiguous United States
– Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations
