This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Auto Vinyl Hub d.b.a Neochrome, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 10800 Glenoaks Blvd. Unit 212, Pacoima, CA 91331

– Results may vary depending on installation technique
– Product appearance may differ from website images
– Product performance depends on proper installation and care
– Environmental conditions may affect Product performance
– Vehicle surface preparation may impact results
2.3 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages arising from:
– Product installation or removal
– Vehicle surface damage
– Paint damage
– Clear coat damage
– Misapplication or misuse
– Environmental damage
– Consequential damages
– Lost profits or revenue
– Cost of replacement or repair
The maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the Product.
2.4 Customer Satisfaction and Returns
While we provide no warranties, we offer a customer satisfaction policy:
– 30-day return period from delivery date
– Refund of purchase price for unsatisfied customers
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable
– Return shipping costs borne by customer unless Product is defective
– Refund processed within 5 business days of return receipt
